FlySolo is your personalized music platform, allowing artists to launch their very own iPhone app for their audio content, offering a unique space for expression beyond traditional streaming services. Musicians and audio producers can effortlessly publish their app through FlySolo, making it available for fans directly on the Apple App Store!

How does FlySolo work? 

Publishing your independent app is a breeze with these simple steps. Begin by entering your basic information, and customize your app with a range of display options. And then, upload audio clips from your iCloud drive and craft your unique musical journey using our audio sequencer.  After you submit your data, we'll craft an iPhone app tailored to your choices and share a draft with you. Once polished and finalized, your app is ready to shine on the Apple App Store!

What should I prepare? 

Gather all your master audio files into a single folder on your iCloud drive for your tracks. Additionally, have three image files ready: a screen background, an album cover, and an app icon. If you're including text or external links in your app, prepare those too. For more detailed guidelines, visit the 'Getting Ready' section on the Home Tab.

What is the audio file format?

While we support a variety of audio file formats, it's best to maintain consistency in the type/format across your collection. For optimal compatibility, we suggest using mp3 files with a bitrate of 192 kbps or higher.

Does it have to be music? 

If you own the content and comply with Apple Store's App guidelines, we welcome you to publish any audio content through FlySolo. Whether it's music, comedy, soundscapes, public speeches, or even sound installations, we'll craft the perfect app to align with your artistic vision.

Are there certain criteria?

While you may own your content, remember that your app is intended for the general public. Thus, content that is violent, abusive, or adult-oriented might not be accepted during the development process.

How long does it take?

After your purchase, expect to receive the draft within 7 days. Following final adjustments, allow a few additional days for Apple App Store approval. If you make further adjustments to the app, the process might take longer. 

Can I make adjustments to the template?

We strive to offer a minimalist app template to ensure your audience enjoys a music-focused experience. While there are limitations in visual customization, our objective is to provide the simplest canvas for your musical curation. However, look forward to enhanced audio sequencing options in the future.

Can I use custom font and colors?

Please provide us with your preferred font and background color hex codes, and we will incorporate them during your app's development.

Can I add a special feature/functionality?

No. (We’re working on it)

Can I put additional images?

No. (We’re working on it)

Can I use different language?

Yes, please provide us with your font file (ttf/otf), and we'll ensure your app aligns with your language preferences.

Can I modify my content after the release? 

Yes, with a few exceptions. After your purchase, your account will transition to 'Published' mode. In this mode, you can continue to update your app's display options and text content.

Is adult content allowed?

No, but we all know the exact platform where you can publish those type of things.

I’ve published a paid app. When and how can I withdraw my revenue?

Throughout the app's publication year, we'll provide real-time updates on your revenue. At the end of the release period, we'll share a final report and transfer the earnings to your account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only before the official release of the app.

Someone’s using my work in FlySolo app without my permission. What should I do?

Please report it to us, and we'll investigate the matter promptly.

Can I update crucial information in my published app?

While the artist and album name, app name, and audio tracks cannot be directly modified, we may be able to assist with manual updates. Please reach out to us to discuss further.

I have a suggestion for improving the app.
